Our installation, corrected at no cost to you if it fails.
Call us about anything we installed, for as long as you own it.
Most window companies hand you a manufacturer’s warranty card and consider the conversation finished. The trouble with that arrangement shows up two years later, when something goes wrong and nobody can agree whether it’s the product or the installation — and you’re the one making phone calls to find out.
We structure it differently. Every window, door, and treatment we install carries three distinct layers of coverage: our own labor warranty on the workmanship, lifetime support on everything we put in, and the full manufacturer warranty attached to your product — which we apply, register, and service ourselves.
One company installed it. One company stands behind it. One number to call.

Here’s the thing nobody explains at the sales table: a manufacturer warranty covers the product, not the person who installed it. If a window was set out of square, flashed incorrectly, or sealed poorly, the resulting leak isn’t a manufacturing defect — and the manufacturer will say so, correctly. That claim gets denied, and the homeowner discovers the installer’s coverage was thirty days, or nonexistent, or belonged to a subcontractor who has since moved on.
Windows and doors account for the overwhelming majority of water-penetration points on a house, and the installation is where that risk lives. So when you’re comparing quotes, the question worth asking every contractor isn’t “what’s the warranty on the window” — it’s “what’s the warranty on your work, and who honors it.” We employ our installers directly, so our answer is short: we do.
You don’t need to know which layer applies before you call. Figuring that out is our job, not yours.
Certified installation is part of the coverage. Andersen and Pella certify contractors on their specific installation requirements, and work that deviates from those specs can compromise the product warranty itself. Being Andersen and Pella Certified Contractors — along with Therma-Tru and OSI certified, EPA Lead-Safe, and OSHA 10 trained — means the installation meets the standard the coverage assumes.
